HDI Exhibition Pick: “Isaac Mizrahi: An Unruly History” at the Jewish Museum

We recently made our way to the Jewish Museum to see their current exhibit “Isaac Mizrahi: An Unruly History”. And wow, what a tour de force this exhibition is. It is a wonderful retrospective highlighting 30 years of Isaac Mizrahi’s career. The show features an array of Mizrahi’s work, from high to low with his iconic label, his couture line and his line for Target. Mixed in are fabulous accessories that and costumes. The entrance to the show his a wall filled with swatches and looking at this wall you realize the genius that Mizrahi is with color and fabrics. We loved his wall of sketches and can only highly recommend this show. Don’t miss it, the show is on view through August 7th, 2016.
